The Foundry factory in the town of Pazardjik is owned bу a Bulgarian entity, built in 1984, it produces cast iron and is in good condition.

INVESTMENT IN RECONSTRUCTION, REPAIRS AND RENOVATION

     For the building of a workshop for pretreatment of castings it is necessary to invest 985 000 euro in the Foundry Factory. In order to increase the capacity and dynamics of production it is necessary to make some urgent repairs and investments:

1. Repair of the cupola – an investment of 10 000 euro is needed. It is necessary to change the interior wall of the cupola, because it no longer meets the requirements for occupational safety. The device for uploading and pouring out of the burden should be modernized.

2. Reengineering or new line for the regeneration of furan mixtures – an investment of 70 000 euro, which is a requirement for environmental protection. This will increase the profit from the manufactured products and the faulty castings will be proactively detected.

3. Purchase of equipment for control of the chemical composition of the burden – 50 000 euro.
