In the autumn issue of BalPex, which took place on 10, 11 and 12 of October 2008 in Sofia, the stall of ORVITEX was in the traditional for the company claret color. The company presented mainly the projects and properties with contracts for exclusive rights as well as attractive properties in the whole country.

 On the 7^th and 8^th of June 2008, ORVITEX Real Estate Company organized TEAM BUILDING in the attractive town of Koprivshtitza. The brokers and the staff of the company were astonished from the amazing beauty of the Bulgarian nature and the unique heritage of the culture left over in this distinctive Bulgarian town.

  Of course there was a copious dinner in traditional Bulgarian restaurant where the staff showed their dancing skills and the ability to have fun.

Between the 18^th and 20^th of April 2008 the real estate expo - Balpex took place in Sofia. ORVITEX traditionally participates with its own stall and this year in the wide exposition of the company were presented new residential properties in Sofia - in the central parts of the city as well as at the foot of the Vitosha Mountain, and also attractive properties in seaside and winter resorts.

On the 13^th of November 2007 the presentation of City Park Residence was held in “Nike” gallery. The whole management of the investor STERN Ltd, was present at the cocktail, lead by Amnon and Asaf Stern brothers – owners and managers, Yishay Roth – marketing manager, advertisement and sales, Erez Carmelly – supervisor of  Tivon Properties and Orlin Vladikov – President and Manager of Real Estate Company Orvitex.

Under the motto, bonded in the name of the project, “Think Green” all companies engaged in on of the biggest construction projects in Sofia where presented: investor “Tivon Properties” - part of the leading Israeli companies – STERN Ltd, the author of the architectural project – “Studio Serafimov and architects”, the leading Bulgarian construction company “Glavbolgarstroy” building the project, “Unated Bulgarian Bank” financing the project and “Orvitex Real Estate Company” – granted the exclusive rights to sale and advertise the project.   

Attending the presentation were journalists, a large part of the real estate agencies members of the “National Real Estate Association”, representatives of leading Bulgarian banks and insurance companies and other Bulgarian companies.

The occasion for the cocktail and press conference was the start of the construction works on “City Park Residence” The project has an attractive situation, combining natural park with complete infrastructure, situated in the central south west part of Sofia, just next to park “Sveta Troitsa” on “Tsar Simeon” Str, on the back of “Todor Aleksandrov” Blvd. The project includes office section class A, luxury apartment complex and shops. The projects investment is 15 000 000 euro, the total built up area of the project is 30 000m2, of which 5 500m2 is the office section. The building would have underground parking on two levels, for around 300 cars. The apartment complex is finished to “turn key”, completely and luxury finished.

The City Park project is the company’s first project in Bulgaria and the wish of the company is to be it’s face on our market, which is another evidence for the unique innovatory of the project.

      On the 14.12.2007 Orvitex Real Estate Company, held it’s annual, traditional Christmas party in Boyana Diplomatic club. This year the whole team and all guests where dressed in carnival suits and masks, which in combination with the pleasant atmosphere, the good food and diverse alcohol contributed for the wonderful mood of all guests.

     During the party honorary diplomas and presents where presented for special merit for company development and growth, achieved high personal results and for the 15th anniversary of Orvitex Real Estate Company. Between the honorary winners where Zoia Lubomirova – Senior Broker, Nadia Antova – Senior Broker and Emil Krastev – Broker.
